One of the most challenging decisions to make when planning a garage sale is knowing how much to price the items so they will sell.
If you want to do much haggling, you can price your items at a higher price with the intention of going down to whatever the customer offers you. However, this plan can backfire since some buyers don't like to haggle. They prefer to pay the price listed on the sticker.
According to some garage sale experts, the correct price to put on an item is ten percent of its original store price tag.
