Chocolate Is Healthful



Chocolate is good for you. Chocolate is bad for you. It's official! Chocolate, especially dark chocolate, is good for almost everyone!

Studies were conducted by the American Heart Association, Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, and the University of Colorado School of Medicine.

Dark chocolate, has high levels of antioxidants called flavonoids. These help to remove free radicals in the blood.

Chocolate also appears to slow clotting of platelets for up to 12 hours after eating. This helps to prevent blood clots which can cause heart attacks and strokes.
