Coffee Prevents Endometrial Cancer

Coffee has many health benefits including protection from various forms of cancer.

Endometrial cancer is more often diagnosed in women over the age of 50. But new studies at Harvard School of Public Health show that drinking 3 to 4 eight-ounce cups of black coffee a day can help prevent the cancer from occurring. Decaffeinated coffee wasn't as beneficial as regular coffee. Also, no sugar or cream should be used as both increase insulin levels and could reduce the protection that coffee provides.

It should also be noted that high estrogen levels are more often found in cases of endometrial cancer. Coffee also lowers estrogen levels.
