The health benefits of green tea are well known but new studies at the University of Arizona show green tea to not only help to prevent one from getting cancer but to also improve metabolic biomarkers in patients who have had breast cancer.

Polyphenols in green tea activates a chemical reaction in a lung cancer cell that may actually prevent cancer.

A study in China shows that green tea has the benefits of preventing bile stones and cancer of the gall bladder..

In China, where the health benefits of tea is well known, some tea varieties are worth more than gold.
